Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy
If you need to return any product for a different size/color,  please place a new order for the things you want and return your item(s) at your convenience.  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. within 30 days of purchase).  

If you receive an item and decide to return it, you must meet the following requirements:

1)The item must be in brand new, unused condition and returned to us with its original packing to get a refund.  Absolutely no hair, dirt, slobbers or smoke smell.  Also, include a copy of your packing slip.  We do not pay or refund shipping costs.

2) You must contact us to notify us that you'd like to return the item (if any item is returned without prior contact you will be charged a 20% restocking fee).

3) You will receive the full amount your originally paid but we do not pay or refund shipping costs.  If your dog doesn't like something, please consider doing a good deed and donate it to your local rescue, they will love you for it.  Please email sales@VKRPets.com or call 800-452-1805.  Return address:  VKRPets-Returns, PO Box 720. You should expect to receive your refund within Two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 3 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Shipping:  
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. 

Your order will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service or Federal Express Ground, depending on size and weight.. The normal transit time is 2 to 5 days - depending on the location in the U.S. Orders outside the U.S. will, of course, require more time - and the international transit times vary greatly depending on the country. . If you need it faster please indicate Priority Mail.

Priority Mail Service: Your order will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. The normal transit time is 2 to 3 days throughout the United States.


Express Mail: Your order will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service Express Mail service. The normal transit time is 1 day. Some locations require 2 days depending on their location within the U.S. Orders received by 12:00 noon improve the chance of 1 day service vs 2 day service. The U.S. Postal Service will require a signature upon delivery - unless you specifically request that we waive that requirement. If you request that we waive the signature requirement, the Postal Service will leave the Express Mail package at your delivery address - unattended if necessary. If you have not received your order 2 days after receiving your "Your order has been Shipped" notification, please contact us immediately.

We ship Monday thru Saturday, we need Sunday to spend time with our pets (and family too). We don't ship on New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

Please note that if you give us an incorrect address and your item is returned to us we will have to charge you again for shipping.  And your delivery will be delayed.  Please be careful that your address is complete and correct.

SORRY, NO CATALOG  We don't have a printed catalog.  We add products so often that printed catalog couldn't keep up.  And it is very expensive to print.  We like to think we are saving a few trees by not creating one.  So if you have a friend or neighbor that doesn't have access to the Internet from home or work why not bring them over to your house or have them visit the local library.  We don't want anyone to miss our great stuff.


PRIVACY POLICY

We will NEVER share or sell any customer information to anyone - EVER.  (Other than what is necessary to process your credit card information and ship your order), no matter how much they twist our arms!!
